The cornerstone of Brittney-Nichole’s approach stems from her desire to teach others that they too can take back control of their lives by embodying emotional intelligence as a foundational practice in life, family, and business. Brittney-Nichole teaches others how to become aware of the needs behind their strong emotions, get curious and comfortable with all emotions (pleasant or unpleasant), and how to manage triggers and reframe conflict.
