H2S Treatment
Catalyst currently works with an Alberta supplier to supply a re-chargeable cannister style H2S and Odour scrubber that is an excellent choice for tank vent and tank truck treatments. With no liquid to dispose of the cannisters can be easily changed out.
We can also provide a full line of H2S liquid scavengers that are both formaldehyde free and formaldehyde base for flooded or batch tower applications, high temperature applications or inline injection. Our inline injection chemistry is specifically formulated with scale inhibitor package to mitigate against the formation Calcium scales that can form due to pH increases in produced water streams from H2S Scavenger injection.
Pipeline Risk Management
Through our “Cradle to Grave” approach of pipeline management, we hope to reduce the risk of potentials failures and ensure all documentation is completed properly and signed off.
Catalyst can provide required fluids to complete all integrity work required when commissioning or decommissioning a pipeline.

Catalyst ensures the quality of our pipeline fluid. All of our pipeline mix is filtered post job and prior to leaving is tested for dissolved oxygen content and bacteria to ensure the highest quality possible when being placed into your pipeline.
Catalyst works closely with a local trucking company, which we have developed a data logging system that allows us to capture and graph volumes pumps, pressures pumped and time to pump rate pumped. This data is then downloaded and uploaded into a report that is sent to the operator.
