Catalyst Mental Health offers Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training to businesses, organizations, and communities seeking to: - Combat mental health stigma - Equip their teams with hands-on, actionable skills they can use in the event of a mental health crisis - Create safer, more inclusive environments for all employees or community members Our ultimate goal is to provide you (and your team) with an eye-opening experience, giving you the accurate knowledge and in-depth understanding needed to bring about real, tangible change.
