Catalyst Noir

catalyst noir formerly Black Women StartUp Bootcamp is a global initiative founded in Ireland, designed to support and empower aspiring Black women tech founders worldwide. This program aims to bridge the gap in entrepreneurship by providing participants with the resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities needed to turn their innovative ideas into successful tech ventures. Through a structured capacity-building approach, the initiative fosters a collaborative environment where women can refine their business ideas, gain industry insights, and develop solutions that leverage technology for impactful change. The first edition of the Black Women StartUp Bootcamp took place in February 2025, bringing together ambitious women from Africa, Europe, and the USA.
