We deliver land subdivisions, apartment and townhouse projects, custom and ready build homes for wholesale and retail client. We also provide specialist finance solutions to First Home Buyers and Investors. We strive to make research-driven decisions and conduct ethical operations to ensure all of our clients receive maximised and equitable outcomes. With over 100 years of collective industry experience, we intimately understand the challenges and opportunities that residential development and sales presents on a daily basis. As such, we are uniquely positioned to provide advice and support with all aspects of the residential development process. As of currently, our development pipeline has a total value of approximately $170 million. Catapult Property Group also established and manages an equity fund that provides returns to superannuation investors so they can participate in property development.
