Catchword Information Design Ltd is the consulting firm for Christopher Burd, a business analyst, writer, and information designer based in Victoria, BC. Under the Catchword brand, I've worked for nearly two dozen public-sector clients in the BC and federal governments, as well as private-sector clients. My strength is communication: both internal - requirements elicitation, stakeholder management - and external - documentation, content development, user experience. I'm basically a one-man shop, but I occasionally sub-contract on larger projects.
