Catering Edge was established in 1999 by Heili and Grant and has grown into accompany associated with high quality of food, superior service and attention to detail. Owned and managed by two professional chefs with 30 years combined knowledge and experience between them.
We love food - food that is fresh, natural, bright, colorful and innovative. We purchase the very best ingredients and then blend them with skill and imagination to create unusual, stylish, mouth watering menus that entice the senses and please the palate.
Personal attention is given to each and every function no matter the size. Catering Edge offers a “one-stop-event shop”, from unique designer menus of exquisite food selections and tastes to complete event management service, including event designing, floral designing, hiring and decor, beverages as well as all staffing needs.
As preferred caterers to many corporate businesses in the Johannesburg region we have also been of service to many private clients over the years and have built up established relationships with them and have provided a high standard of catering to both corporate and private clients.
