I'm Catherine Gladwyn. Virtual Assistant mentor and multi-award winning, bestselling author of How to be a Virtual Assistant and The 20% Rule. I help aspiring and established Virtual Assistants to start, build and / or grow their business and income. I am not one of those VAs who had a good month and thought... 'I can teach others now'. I've been a VA since late 2015 and am also a qualified FE lecturer.
