Founded in 2010, the Catskill Distilling Company is one of the first legally licensed farm distilleries in the State of New York. From the locally grown grains to fruit from local orchards and botanical grown on site, the Catskill Distilling Company embodies the spirit of the farm distillery and demonstrates a strong commitment to the local agricultural community. We use only natural raw materials from New York State. Combined together with innovative on-site distilling/aging methods and skilled craftsmanship, these natural resources give our spirits an outstanding quality and distinctive character. The Catskill Distilling Company estate lies in an area of great natural beauty and is a stone’s throw away from the site of the 1969 Woodstock festival site.
