CAVA Energy is an equity facilitating platform funded by Institutional Investors that will look to provide capital for O&G Mexican venture’s, with a strong emphasis to participate in energy business opportunities in the mexican market. Our Mission is to create proper institutional investment vehicles that will generate high financial returns for their investors while facilitating equity that will enhance the competitiveness, growth and consolidation of successful Operators (business partners) in Mexico, promoting sustainable environmental and social development as well as good corporate governance. Our philosophy relies on the principle to create highest returns to our investors by transforming a pure financial play into a value added investment by providing assistance to our business partners, including but not limited to financial support, talent management, search for new technologies, improvement of business conditions, contract negotiations and leverage of business skills to identify strategic market opportunities.
