Cavalier Transportation, LLC opened in the fall of 2014 serving the industry exclusively as an asset based carrier operating team expedited 53' dry vans and concentrating on moving just-in-time freight nationwide. Earlier this year, we became members of OOIDA (Owner Operator Independent Drivers Association) and then launched Cavalier Independent Dispatch, to assist independent owner operators and small trucking company concerns procure and transport freight. We provide complete back office support and monitor the movement of our customers shipments, and the trucks that have joined our carrier base, from start to finish. Beginning in 2017, Cavalier Transportation, LLC became an Independent Agent for Landstar Express America providing asset based and 3PL logistics services. Through Landstar, we now have access to one of the largest portfolios and global transportation options in the industry. The Landstar network provides us the ability to utilize nearly 9,000 owner operator power units, over 14,000 pieces of trailing equipment including van, flatbed, stepdeck, and heavy haul with more than 44,000 third party approved motor carriers under contract.
