Incorporated in 2012, Cavanagh Witts Ltd is a boutique company that works alongside professional intermediaries and other financial institutions to provide a range of debt and equity solutions for businesses. Clients of ours include but are not limited to Independent Financial Advisors, Accountancy firms, FTSE listed companies, private syndicates, investment funds, asset managers, family offices, private banks and challenger banks. The solutions that we source cover a broad range of equity and debt instruments, including Enterprise Investment Schemes, private equity, JV equity, traditional senior debt products (fixed and index linked), income strips and capital markets solutions as well as subordinated debt, mezzanine and bridging finance. Sectors that we work with in the main are: Property – Infrastructure, commercial property including office premises, hotels, serviced apartments, PRS, social and affordable housing, data centres, residential and student accommodation. Renewable and Sustainable Energy – Wind, Solar, Hydro, Biomass, Anaerobic Digestion, Pyrolysis, Distributed Generation and Peaking Power Plants. Care – Hospitals, Retirement homes, Care homes (Children and Adult), Leaving Care facilities and Assisted Living. Financial Services – IFA firms. We are also able to source specialist funding for bridging/development finance companies that have an existing book of business and are looking to scale up. Our funders will lend against their current book as well as provide them with scope to lend further capital out. Enterprise Investment Schemes - we work with an SEIS and EIS fund that has a proven track record and years of experience within the growth sector, as well as innovative single companies that have an experienced management team and stand out business propositions that could result in significant growth to capital while having the normal tax advantages of EIS.
