Caviar Biosystem develops projects of industrial fish breeding production complexes based on original recirculating aquaculture systems with fluctuation optimization (RAS-FO). The RAS-FO technology is intended for creation of profitable conditions for industrial breeding of aquatic organisms by using the recirculating aquaculture systems. Caviar Biosystem actively registers the RAS-FO technology in Russia, CIS and Europe. In 2015-2017, the authors of the technology described, formalized and registered over 25 patents for inventions and utility models, as well as registrations of software control systems for fish breeding complexes. Currently, Caviar Biosystem is implementing a RAS-FO fish breeding project in Dubna, Moscow region. Caviar Biosystem is a resident of the Special Economical Zone of Technical-Innovative Type «Dubna». Project goal: establishment of a Caviar Biosystem production complex based on recirculating aquaculture systems for artificial breeding of fish with a capacity of 25 tons of food quality black caviar and 500 tons of grown sturgeon per year, with its full processing into hot- and cold-smoked sturgeon, fillets and canned sturgeon. Selected location: Special Economical Zone of Technical-Innovative Type «Dubna», Dubna, Moscow region. Land plot area: 3.6 hectares.
