Caviar Import exports caviar all throughout the world and is among the biggest sturgeon farmers on the market. It’s also the leader in Iranian caviar importation in Italy. Our story began in 1989 with the importation of Iranian and Russian caviar. We quickly became leaders in the industry and were the only Italian company invited to take part in the auction to acquire Iranian caviar, one of the very few participants selected in the world. In 2005 we began our caviar production, consulting the most skilled of Iranian salters; we continue to collaborate to this day with Master Zanin, whose mastery is recognized by the industry worldwide. In 2018 the company was bought by the Bettinazzi family, farmers for 3 generations. Four farms spread out over 20 hectares, a large part in the Mincio Park, have been designed to be integrated into sustainable water and sturgeon ecosystems. Uncontaminated, flowing waters and meticulous checks of the supply chain are hallmarks of our production. Each farm has its own unique qualities: micro climatic characteristics, for example, and different breeds of sturgeon. From farms in Goito, Leno, Bagnolo Mella and San Martino Buon Albergo come our CRU: Beluga, Beluga Imperial, Royal, Asetra, Classic, Imperial, Special Reserve, Master and Chef. We import Amur Kaluga and Amur Kaluga Gold whose production we supervise, along with Sevruga and Iranian Beluga, all the way to the prized Iranian Almas Beluga. We offer the widest assortment of the best quality caviar present on the market and a full range of packaged products. We have developed a line of products that creatively celebrate caviar in all of its versatility: caviar “cigars,” caviar butter, crunchy caviar and pajusnaia. Besides sturgeon, we also offer salmon roe, Iranian saffron and accessories to serve caviar.
