Cavo Fregada Syros Seaside Hotels and Villas is a pioneer project in the Cyclades, that will create an exclusive complex of approximately 80 deluxe villas of different sizes and one 5 Star boutique hotel as well as a wide range of facilities offered to the residents of the complex such as shops, walking routes, a heliport, a marina, an organic farm with botanic garden and a farm to table restaurant, a vineyard, a fully equipped health and fitness centre, a rejuvenating spa and a house for the resident guard of the complex.
