From Caribbean Tapas to Caribbean Vegan Parties to Weddings to Marathons. Caz's Bay caters for all our customers needs. All our menus are different, depending on what we do. In our kitchens, our menu's match the seasons. We have a kitchen in a pub in Bristol that has over 150 covers, we have a monthly pop-up in Shirehampton, and we are looking to open more takeaway shops. We have a mobile pop-up that goes to events all around the UK, from, Bristol Balloon Fiesta, to Up Fest, to New Forest Marathon to charity events for Heart Defibrillators. It all started from my Great Aunt Corinne, the lady with the tiara on, who lived until the age of 105, god rest her soul. That picture of me and my dad in the video was the first time I travelled to America, Brooklyn, to meet my family, who had moved there from Kingston Jamaica. My biggest memory was walking into my Great Aunt Corinne’s house and the smell of food was overwhelming. There were pots and pans filled with food in the kitchen. All my cousins were there, we were all trying to take food and getting whacked with a wooden spoon! That feeling of family and all being together stuck with me from the age of 4 years old. Amazing food, great flavours and all my family together. The years then followed of mummy G cooking and my favourite meal has always been her curry chicken.
