Construction & Building Company for Trading & Industry (CBCo) is one of main producers and suppliers of Ready-mixed concrete, Precast, and other cement products in Al Qassim Region-Saudi Arabia. CBCo was established in 1969 by Shaikh/ Saleh Abdullah Al Dakheel as an individual establishment with three main divisions: Trading (Imports Buildings Materials), Industrial (Steel, Wood and Aluminum fabrication, Ready mix concrete and Precast) and Construction of Governmental projects.
CBCo expanded during the late 70`s to react to the Kingdom development and growth by establishing a complete Ready-mix concrete complex. CBCo has supplied concrete products to all major projects constructed in Al-Qassim owned by major clients such as Saudi Electric Company (SEC), Saudi Aramco, Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs (MOMRA) and Ministry of Water and Electricity, (MOWE).
In November 2012, CBCo changed its legal structure from individual establishment to closed joint stock company with a new name as (Construction & Building Company for Trading & industry) to comply with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry recommendations of family business to assure its continuity. In addition, CBCo revised its Vision, Mission, Values and corporate identity to meet ambition of future strategies.
Over 40 Years of experience of distinguished services and quality, CBCo have gained solid reputation for being one of the best suppliers of Ready-mixed concrete and Precast in Al-Qassim area. Through the years to come, CBCo team have set a plan to meet the growing demands of concrete products by expanding capacities and reaching customer and at the same time maintaining the reputation of quality products and service being.
