Canadian Black Nurses Alliance McMaster Chapter (CBNA-Mac)

Founded in 2020 by fourth-year students Ezinwa Agokei and Abena Owusu, CBNA-McMaster hopes to connect Black students across all sites, levels and streams of McMaster's Nursing program. With the support of the CBNA, CBNA-Mac works diligently to equip Black nursing students with resources for a successful academic journey, ensure their equal access to opportunities, and inspire these students to step boldly into their nursing career, while helping them with any challenges they may face. Advocacy, empowerment and leadership are the three pillars of our club's mission.
