With these developments, C H Williams Talhar & Wong was formed in 1974 as a result of the merger of the practices of C H Williams & Co and Talhar & Co. We have 11 operating offices throughout Peninsular Malaysia with 3 associated offices in Sarawak, Sabah and Brunei. In 2016, CBRE Group, Inc. entered into an agreement to Joint Venture with 11 of our branch offices, hence the birth of CBRE | WTW.
