CBT for Schools

CBT for Schools is a bespoke, flexible, and online therapy service, designed by an experienced team of Qualified CBT therapists and education consultants to support a wide range of mental health needs in students. Our therapeutic service is created to work directly with students in live, online sessions by providing evidenced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for a variety of challenges. We are effective in addressing mental health difficulties around anxiety, low mood and traumatic experiences as well as anger and self esteem that may be causing difficulties for students. Cognitive Behavioural Techniques are useful for supporting young people who learn differently and feel anxious about attending school. Our online provision means we can offer support to students at home and school to support the reintegration process.
