Engineering Services in the FMCG Industry. • Maintenance on packaging equipment such as: - Liquid Filling Machines - Case Packing Machines - Cartoning Machines - Labelling Machines - Palletizing equipment - Conveyor Systems - Vision Systems • Attend to electrical, controls and mechanical breakdowns on all of the above-mentioned machines • Engineering Consulting on projects on Packaging Equipment • Assist with compiling of URS (User Requirement Specifications) documents needed on new equipment • Machine/Equipment Safety audits • Small to intermediate software changes (Software dependant) • Backup of existing machine software eg. PLC’s • Assist with project installations and commissioning of machinery • Installation or replacement of Variable Speed Drives (Danfoss and Siemens) • Refurbishment of Electrical Panels on Packaging Equipment ( Rewire and labelling)
