CC Town Planning is a specialist town planning consultancy based in Northampton. We pride ourselves on providing sound planning and development advice and consultancy services to a wide range of clients including national house-builders, investors, businesses and householders. We enjoy working on all scales of project and firmly believe that it is this breadth of all-round planning knowledge and expertise that sets us apart from the competition. Our core regions covered are Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire and we have developed excellent relationships with many local planning authorities in these areas and a real expertise of local policy, issues and development opportunities. As part of an expanding business however we are currently representing clients throughout England and Wales. We have a team of 4 chartered town planners (MRTPI) with varying skill sets and experience, enabling us to provide a highly qualified consultant to act on behalf of clients depending on site specific circumstances.
