To meet the market demand for high-quality cementitious repair mortars, renders and facades CCCParex, a joint venture between Parex, France and Corrotech Construction Chemicals, was launched in 2007, which included the construction of a fully automated dry mix mortar plant in Dubai Investment Park 2. In 2014, Corrotech Construction Chemicals (CCC) purchased the shares held by the Parex Group to take full control of the factory and establishing a new company under the name of CCCDrymix. CCCDrymix is capable of manufacturing between 65,000 – 85,000 tons of product per annum, which includes waterproofing, concrete repairs, rendering, tiling and grouting, floor screeds, grey plaster, an exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS). The company also offers its customers the latest plaster spray machines which allow plastering to be completed quickly and efficiently on site. With an advanced laboratory to conduct R&D and product testing as well as formulate new products, CCCDrymix is committed to constantly improving its portfolio by the addition of innovative new products and upgrading existing products. CCCDrymix also has its own in-house Application Services Division to ensure customers can benefit from expert advice on the correct management and application of its products as well as on-site training. CCCDrymix is certified to ISO 9001:2015 Selected raw materials received at CCCDrymix facilities are rigorously checked to ensure they meet the brands strict quality control standards before they are booked into stock. Any quality control issues result in the entire batch being rejected.
