We ensure all activities align with the Community College of Denver’s Student Code of Conduct, adhere to applicable state and federal laws, and are strictly intended for individuals 21+ only. The possession, use, cultivation, distribution, or sale of alcohol, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia is strictly forbidden on college property, during CCD-sponsored events, or in state-leased vehicles. Although Colorado state law permits limited marijuana use, federal law and CCD policies prohibit marijuana use and possession on campus or during college-affiliated activities.
