We strive to empower those we serve with research-based tools and trainings to enhance their unique abilities and reframe their lived experiences to find their own internal, personal power, healing, and growth. In addition to employees’ published works in the areas of youth healing in foster care, domestic violence curricula, restorative justice, and personal empowerment, our organization provides research-based training opportunities specific to the areas of: cultural competency, gender equity/ sexual harassment, intercultural development (IDI), adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and community healing/ resiliency, restorative justice practices.
