The Centre for Climate and Environmental Research (CCER) is an autonomous research and development think-tank of its kind established under the Institute for Art and Culture (IAC) as per the Office for Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC) model. The think-tank envisions the actions, support, and developing of human and institutional capacity of Pakistan to enhance the understanding of climate change and its impact and develop relevant research capacity on a broad horizon while fostering international partnerships for strengthening the south-south and north-south capacity
building.
