Chinese Cuisine and Hospitality Association of Canada (CCHAC)

Since 2016, Chinese Cuisine & Hospitality Association of Canada (CCHAC) has been founded by a group of individuals and volunteers within food and hospitality industries. CCHAC is the largest membership organization of Chinese cuisine in North America. We are committed to building bridges of communications on Chinese cuisine culture between China and Canada, cooperating with stakeholders to advocate and develop Chinese cuisines overseas, stimulating industry creation and growth and monitoring talents standards. We embrace diversity and collaboration. Our memberships are diverse and various from individuals to associations, including restaurants, food suppliers, local merchants, food logistics and professional culinary arts academy. CCHAC is dedicated to engaging in local communities. We provide consultancy services, networking and strategic cooperation, we also host annual food festivals, trade events and talents program. CCHAC is aiming at advocating the credibility and increasing the reputation of members among the local community to achieve the goal: To heighten the prosperity & future outlook of Chinese cuisine in Canada.
