Contra Costa Regional Health Foundation

Contra Costa Regional Health Foundation (CCRHF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing health equity and improving the well-being of communities throughout Contra Costa County. Since 2003, we’ve partnered with Contra Costa Health and local organizations to support innovative public health initiatives, fund vital services, and mobilize resources for underserved populations. Our work spans maternal and child health, housing and homelessness prevention, community wellness, workforce development, and emergency response. From distributing over $3 million through our COVID-19 Rapid Response Fund to supporting frontline healthcare workers and local nonprofits, CCRHF is committed to meaningful, measurable impact. Together with our partners, we’re building a healthier, more just Contra Costa.
