Wastewater Treatment Facility Since 1956, the Clark County Water Reclamation District (formerly the Clark County Sanitation District) has been collecting, treating and reclaiming wastewater in the unincorporated areas of Clark County. Each day, at our facilities throughout Southern Nevada, we treat and reclaim more than 100 million gallons of wastewater to levels near drinking water quality, and return it to the environment or send it to reuse locations throughout the community.
