The four partners have practiced together for decades, concentrating their practice on the representation of Colorado local governments, particularly special districts, authorities, and municipalities. Together, we bring a wealth of experience in the law of local government and implement a team-oriented approach to deliver high-quality legal services to our clients.
Our attorneys have worked closely for years with the Colorado Special District Association. Jim Collins co-founded the SDA in 1978 and Allison Ulmer is the Executive Vice President. We collaborate closely with the SDA to provide seminars and prepare publications and other educational materials dealing with the legal needs of special districts throughout the year. Our experience in this area is unparalleled, and our clients have come to trust our experience, guidance, and advocacy.
