CDAM is an independent, privately owned investment management firm based in London. Since 2006, we have applied a long-term, value-orientated and counter-cyclical approach to investing in developed-market equities on behalf of an institutional client base. We manage concentrated portfolios of attractively priced, fiscally conservative companies, led by CEOs with exceptional capital allocation track records. The portfolio is unconstrained and invests across the market cap spectrum, with long holding periods. Our investment process focuses on management's capital allocation discipline, alignment of interest, ability to increase free cashflow per share, as well as sustain growth organically and/or inorganically. We partner with a select group of institutional clients that are invested in our long-only or hedged solution.
