CDCI, Inc., was established in 1985 as a professional design-build construction firm to serve the needs of Government and Commercial agencies within the National Capital Region. CDCI is a full-service design/build company with in-house architects, engineers, construction managers, and trades crafts staff, all experienced in a wide range of projects including Job Order Contracting, Task Order Contracting, IFB and RFP contracts for local area municipalities. Our design team provide the following type of services: • Architecture, Interior Design & Space Planning • Civil & Structural Engineering • Mechanical, Plumbing and HVAC • Electrical Engineering We have in house construction crew providing the following types of services: • Rough and finish carpentry to include installation of metal studs gypsum walls and ceiling, taping and finishing of drywalls • Installation of doors, windows, and hardware • Installation of ceiling tiles and grid • Minor masonry work & concrete slab • Painting, wall covering, insulation and minor waterproofing We have worked extensively with the following government entities that include: • Montgomery County Government • Montgomery College • Arlington County Government • Prince George's County Public Schools
