The CDC team is composed of Architects, Engineers, Certified Energy Managers, LEED Accredited Professionals, Red Seal Plumbers, Business Development professionals , Certified Licensed Plumbers and Certified Licensed Mechanics. We carry a 5 Million dollar policy in Liability Insurance and are WSIB registered and compliant. CDC complies with high rise building code and closely follows guidelines within the building's declaration.
