C&D Industrial Maintenance was founded in 2018 and provides services across 7 states. Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. We are an owner-operated organization and pride ourselves on our self-delivery of services. In our short history, we have grown to over fifty (50) employees and have partnered with some of the nation’s largest retailers, supply chain & industrial warehouses, industry partners and manufacturers to provide our services.
C&D Industrial Maintenance is a self-performing, licensed and Certified General Contractor. We specialize in the repair, service, sales, and installation of Commercial Doors, Loading Dock Equipment, Hurricane & Security Shutters, Automatic Gate Systems, Trash Compactors, and Balers.
Our Field Support Team drives fully stocked service vehicles placed throughout our operating area that remain ready to respond to your repair, service, installation and/or periodic maintenance needs. We also maintain an in-house, on-call staff 24/7 to assist with your Maintenance emergencies.
The company is an International Door and Education Association (IDEA) accredited dealer. In 2024, the International Door Association (IDA) ranked C&D Industrial Maintenance the 7’th largest Commercial Door Dealer in the United States. We maintain certifications with the American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers (AAADM) and the Accreditation & Certification Institution (ACI) for Gate Automation Design.
