Focused on opportunistic real estate investments, CDREP’s strategy is to achieve above-market yields through their experience base, vertical integration, submarket knowledge and direct access to capital. Danbe has the experience and team required to successfully invest in a broad spectrum of commercial real estate transaction types ranging from value-add property repositioning to ground-up development. The partners’ have direct principal experience ranging from single-family home tract development to urban vertical mixed-use centers to developing warehousing and distribution facilities. Currently the company is seeking new real estate investments with a focus in Southern California.
