I have a doctorate in Wine Biotechnology and experience working at a biomedical engineering research and development start-up. My writing and editing experience includes: • translation (English-Afrikaans) and editing of abstracts • proofreading of theses and dissertations • proofreading of funding proposals • formatting and layout of documents in MS Word • formatting and editing of figures, flow charts and infographics in Inkscape I provide editing and proofreading services, but also consult on structure, argumentation and academic style where appropriate. Research management is my passion. I have experience in formulating milestones, defining project scope and applying for funding.
