DR. M.H. ALI EL-SAIE CONSULTING ENGINEERS, has been established in Kuwait in 1965 by DR. M.H. ALI EL-SAIE, the founder. The firm established and registered its Cairo office in Egypt since 1982, In 1993 Consulting engineering Company, Egypt.
Local offices were registered in Abu Dhabi (Dr Mahmood Ali Al saie Engineering Consultancy and Design Bureau) ,UAE since 1970 and in Sultanate of Oman ( Universal Consulting Engineers L.L.C) since 1975.
The projects in hand have a value of US$ 1,600,000,000/-(US $ One Billion and Six Hundred Million)s
Since its establishment the office has been engaged in different fields of engineering especially:
