CeCe's Spotless Cleaning LLC is a family-owned, women-led commercial/janitorial cleaning company birthed from a desire to help individuals, families and business owners find the kind of cleaning that suits their day-to-day needs. Over the years, we have worked with small and growing businesses across different industries, and one thing that has consistently stood out was the uniqueness of their cleaning needs. In our desire to effectively serve our clients, we created a business with a need-based service structure. We provide detailed biweekly check-ins and monitor staff progress reports to ensure service quality consistency. With this structure, we have been able to anticipate the needs of our clients. We don’t provide a one shoe-fit service; rather, we deliberately collaborate with each client to create a cleaning care plan that is suitable, scalable and sustainable. We also find ways to constantly innovate/improve our services and our service delivery processes so that the value we add to our clients increase with every interaction. Our brand integrity has positioned us as an emerging leader in commercial cleaning within the Greater Grand Rapids, Michigan area.
