CEC PM Limited is a family run business specialising in the management of blocks of flats. We are based in Epsom in Surrey and we have been managing residential estates for over 20 years, covering Surrey, London & Kent. We have built a reputation for providing a professional and quality management service looking after residential blocks of flats. We do not act for commercial landlords, thereby having split loyalties between the freeholder and the lessees. Our primary concern is for the good of the developments we manage and the responsible people that live in them. We pride ourselves on having a personal, first-hand knowledge of all the properties we look after so that we are fully aware of all matters that are brought to our attention.
