Our goal is to create a reserve study that is helpful for our customer. That only happens when we understand the goals and objectives of the association.
IMPLEMENT & RESEARCH
Beginning with the project kickoff we work to complete as much research and historical review needed to develop the best component list, recommendations and funding plans possible.
REVIEW & FINALIZE
We always issue a draft of the reserve study. We consider this an important part of the review process to ensure accuracy and quality. Only then will we finalize the report.
