90% of hygienic products on the EU market contain plastic, that goes in our ground water, the sea or ends up on landfills where it would take several hundred years to degrade. In the EU every year 50 million disposable products are used, which accounts for a huge amount of waste.
We focus on an approach with reusable hygienic underwear: Cedenu offers the first 100% biobased underwear with a circular design that is industrial compostable. Our products are sourced based on natural fibres, resources and focus on natural dyeing processes - all that without the need to use plastic.
We want to build an inclusive community, talk openly about hygienic topics and educate about responsible fashion consumption.
To achieve this we focus on renewable resources, partners who have established sustainable processes and a transparent insight into our circular approach for a supply chain in Europe. By doing this we commit ourselves to the SDG's 4, 12, 13 and 17.
