Én úgy határoztam, hogy személyes leszek és arról beszélek, ami számomra a legfontosabb volt az elmúlt 20 évben.
Kezdetben lelkesen kerestük, hogy mi is az a Cegos módszer. Azt hittük, hogy majd egy könyvben leírva találjuk meg, mint egy receptet. De hamar megértettük, hogy a Cegos módszer nem más, mint azoknak az elveknek a gyűjteménye, amelyek meghatározzák a munkánkat – mind a mai napig.
Szeretném ezeket felsorolni, ha megengedik, mert azt tanultam pszichológus kollégáimtól, hogy a dolgokat ki kell mondani.
Ügyfeleink és igényeik megértése, a tréningen résztvevők tisztelete, a magas szintű szakmai tudás, az etikai követelmények betartása és – nem utolsósorban, annak ellenére, hogy egy individualista szakmában dolgozunk – a csapatban való együttműködés képessége.
Végül is a szakma szenvedélyes szeretete tett bennünket a magyarországi tréningpiac egyik meghatározó szereplőjévé.

I decided that I would be subjective and talk about the most important things for me in the last 20 years. In the beginning, we were eager to find the Cegos method. We thought we would find it in a book, like a recipe. But we soon understood that the Cegos method is nothing more than the set of principles that still to this day govern our work. I would like to list these, because I was taught by my psychologist colleagues that things have to be said out loud: Understanding our clients, respecting our training participants, obtaining high-level professional knowledge, adhering to ethical guidelines and last but not least, teamwork – even if we are in a very individualistic field. All in all, our passion for this profession has made us one of the influential players in this field.
