The Center of Excellence for the Prevention & Resolution of Psychological Harassment (CEHP) is a Quebec innovation whose mission is to support, and advise organizations and their employees to prevent and resolve current or potential situations of psychological harassment, discrimination and incivility at work. For the past fifteen years, CEHP's Dispute Prevention and Resolution professionals have intervene in the private, public and parapublic sectors as mediators, investigators, trainers and consultants.
