CENTRE FOR EDUCATION AND HEALTH RESEARCH ORGANIZATION (CEHRO INDIA), is a philanthropic organization registered under 1860 Societies Act with an aim to help the unprivileged and neglected sections of society to realize their dreams of living a respectful and dignified life by catering to their basic needs of education and health. - We are working on the overall development of children which includes children of age 3-6 yrs and above 6 yrs. - After School Support provided to the children to bridge a gap between what a kid knows and what s/he should know as per his/her age by providing quality education and teachers. - Health & Hygiene program is a process of evaluation of health, nutritional intake and hygiene habits of child and adolescent developed. We keep track of each and every child individually of their healthy practice and arrange tri monthly health camps. - Started Employment through Skill Development Program where by teaching different skills to the children according to their interest, jobs will be provided. For this, various corporate tie-ups has been done like TEACH INDIA, CSR initiative by Times of India Group etc. - So far we have successfully supported 3000 children of different age groups by catering to their basic educational and health needs. Around 137 children have so far gained meaningful employment through our program. - From the start of lockdown till lockdown 4, we has distributed dry ration kits to 4458 daily wage labourers’ families. Approximately 51,300 kg ration. - In Covid-19 time 8,10,050 meals to the families of underprivileged children at different slums were distributed and 1,56,000 refreshments were distributed to less fortunate children till December 2020 by partnering with different food agencies and individual donors. - We are also distributing one-time cooked meal to 1000 underprivileged children in 3 slums.
