Independent Corporate Advisory business offering services in relation to M&A, capital raising (equity and debt), succession planning and growth. Celero Capital takes on selected transaction advisory roles where it can add value and works largely on a success fee basis - typical transactions being within an EV range of $20-250m. Whilst Celero Capital is a transaction driven advisory business, it is also incredibly well networked (globally) and relationship driven. We love meeting meeting businesses, founders, funders, entrepreneurs, private and public companies, and when we are not best placed to lead advisory assignments, we are always happy to invest time in relationships and share our networks openly.
