Celiac Journey is a patient advocacy organization dedicating to transforming the lives of 3.3 million American Celiacs. Eating without fear is our mission. We have two primary goals:
1) Labeling Gluten as a Major Food Allergen on all packaged foods in the U.S., just like Gluten must be declared on all food labels in 87 other countries, in alignment with the 2021 Expert Consultation from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN and World Health Organization.
2) Increasing government funding for new research (i.e., mRNA immunotherapy with Nobel Prize winner Dr. Drew Weissman), to find a tolerizing treatment therapy.
