Informed the White House Conference on Hunger, Nutrition and Health on 9/28/22 about the lived experiences of Celiacs and their unmet needs with the voluntary labeling of Gluten. Co-led research, analysis, and writing of FDA Citizen Petition to label Gluten as a Major Food Allergenwww.celiacjourney.com/petitionHelped raise $100,000 donation from the Pennsylvania Department ofHealth to fund Celiac Disease research at Children's Hospital of PhiladelphiaCreated presentations used for meetings with the White House Domestic Policy Council staff on 11/10/22 and senior FDA leadership on 12/6/22.

Recruited and taught 100+ students between the ages of 3-17, as well as some adults; Marketed services through social media and word of mouth; Used USTA’s 10 and Under training progression techniques with age and ability-appropriate red, orange, green and yellow balls as well as the right-size rackets;Managed marketing and all communications and scheduling with students’ parents; Organized and developed lesson plans for private lessons and small group lessons

Performed polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests in the lab; learned basic lab techniques; shadowed physicians in clinic and endoscopy suite for EoE and Celiac Disease.
