Cell Finanzas is an independent financial consulting firm founded in 2010 by an experienced management team with a long track record in financial deals and business management. Cell provides a wide range of corporate finance services, including the design, structure and completion of corporate debt and capital transactions, refinancing, debt restructuring, etc., with a focus on debt solutions for middle market companies and sponsor-backed projects. From 2010, we successfully completed more than 135 transactions in Spain and Portugal, including debt and equity fundraising and debt refinancing. 80% of our customers become recurrent. Cell offers its services to companies, shareholders, investors and financing providers, mostly focused on projects and middle market companies or assets, a segment that is not easily served by major investment banks and financial services firms. We adapt financial solutions used by large companies to projects and middle market companies, standardising fundraising and refinancing processes. Our senior team has more than 20 years of individual experience in financial transactions (debt and equity), M&A, debt structuring and financing projects. The members of our team have been working together for years. This is a key lever to develop each project under high efficiency and celerity terms.
