Cellar Door Advisors was founded in 2018 with the goal of providing part time CFO, financial reporting, income tax, and bookkeeping services to small and emerging companies. Our bespoke solutions are tailored to each unique situation in order to maximize client value and satisfaction. The primary focus of our practice is to small and/or emerging businesses. We have found that companies want an experienced, informed, and educated CFO to lead their business, but they lack the capital resources and/or work to hire an individual full time with those qualifications. Instead, many of these companies hire a full time, inexperieced Controller, that fits their budget, hoping this individual can learn on the job. Cellar Door Advisors aims to bridge this gap by providing CFO services on a part time basis. Businesses are able to hire the quality CFO they desire, at a price that meets their budget. They do not have to worry about occupying a full time employee during slower times, paying vacation, benefits, or payroll taxes, and can focus all their energy on growing the basis. Most often, the cost to the business is less than the price of the full time Controller, and the return is exponentially more with the value a part time CFO provides.
