Cellenity 2001 yılında Turkcell GSM şebekesi üzerinden, Mobil Katma Değerli Pazar için IVR servisleri üretmek ve pazarlamak amacı ile kurulmuştur.
Tamamen yerli sermaye ile kurulan Cellenity, Grup bünyesinde yer alan teknoloji şirketlerinin en büyüğü olan Telenity'nin geliştirdiği MSP(Mobile Service Paltform) ürününü kullanarak IVR servislerini geliştirmektedir.
2006 senesinde gerçekleşen gelişmeler eşliğinde Cellenity Turkcell ile olan mobil katma değerli servislerini Vodafone ve Avea GSM firmaları üzerinden de vermeye başlamıştır.
